We've been wanting Filipino food and known about Adobink for a long time, so we finally gave it a try. We walked in and the place was smaller than I thought. They were couple of tables and some chairs for waiting. The interior was cutely decorated with so many Filipino items. The menu was a smaller selection of their catering menu. It was mostly rice bowls/place with a protein, their baos, lumpia and other other appetizers. Definitely felt like the menu had a modern twist. We got the sisig fries, pork lumpia, and lechon rice bowl with garlic rice. Food was great! Our kids loved the lumpia. The lechon was juicy and crispy. The sisig fries were good, but didn't taste like typical sisig to me. I like mine with a little more calamnsi flavor. We also got the halo halo and that was perfect. Price tag was a little higher but worth it seeing my kids devour it. It had ube ice cream, leche flan, sweet beans, and other yumminess. The staff were amazing! They were kind and attentive and just so pleasant. Things got busy but the wait wasn't too long. The owner was there working and made each interaction with customers personable. So excited to have a Filipino restaurant in the area. It's not your typical Filipino food but it hit the spot. Hoping we'll be back to try some of their silog items or maybe order some catering!

This place is delicious! They gave me enough food for two meals! So I was happy about that part too! I don't get to eat philipino food as much now that I don't work with them anymore but this place makes super good pancet and the chicken was tender hot and delicious ! I am definitely coming back here probably for the same thing again if I am in the area! I can never get enough Ube and this cheesecake is on point.

This is a cozy little eatery in the neighborhood. I must say, my favorite dish here is the oompias! They come in three tasty and satisfying bites. Just the right amount of crunch and filling. The entrees were also great and generously portioned. We really enjoyed the adobo and pork belly. And the turon dessert is a must try. The staff were super friendly and polite. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

What a find in Roseville. This place opens up early on the weekends. We needed breakfast after an all night casino binger. We ordered both longsilogs and the pork rib silog with a side of lumpia. You walk in and are welcomed with a warm greeting which feels a little like home. Both silogs were nicely presented and eggs were perfectly cooked. Giving this 5+ stars for the friendly service and amazing food. I'm a big fan of Adoboink.

I finally got to try this filipino restaurant for lunch on Sunday. The ordering place is at the back of the restaurant. The place is quite small but it has some tables for dine in customers. - Lechon rice bowl with garlic rice: the skin was super crispy, the pork was very flavorful and tender. The rice was fluffy but the garlic flavor was very subtle. The vegetables were perfectly cooked - not mushy & well seasoned. - Chicken sisig bowl with garlic rice: just ok. The chicken pieces were tender but lack of flavor. - Pork oompa lumpia: the lumpia pieces were scrumptious!!! Instead of traditional rolled lumpia, they were shaped like fried wonton with the pork filing in the center. The wrap was super crispy and not oily. The pork filling was super flavorful and the meat was tender. - Sparkling calamansi drink: it was refreshing with a hint of sour lime and had perfect sweetness. - Chicken inasal with garlic rice: good. The chicken was perfectly cooked: tender and flavorful. The rice was fluffy.

FOOD - Oompia Lumpia: 3 open-faced lumpia. I tried both the pork and chicken. Both were good. 4/5 - Adobo Bao: pork adobo topped with slaw, in a steamed bun. Love a good bao. Side of fries. Pretty good fries. 4/5 - Pancit Special: clear noodles with chicken, lechon, sweet sausages, and vegetables. This plate is huge. Very filling. The meats were good but the flavor was okay. 3.75/5 - Chicken Sisig: chicken adobo with roasted veggies, onions, and jalapeños with rice. Good flavor. Big portion. 4/5 - Calamansi juice: Filipino lemonade. Very refreshing. My kiddos loved it. 4/5 SERVICE: Fast and very friendly. 5/5 FINAL THOUGHTS: I would come back. The food was good overall. I would like to try other items on the menu.

I called the day before inquiring if they had outdoor dining and they mentioned they only offer dine in and takeout. So we decided to place a takeout order since we had our puppy with us. I ordered the Sisig Nachos + Over-Hard Egg and Jumex Mango Nectar. I always wanted to try sisig, why not in nachos!? The pork was pretty flavorful with some delicious toppings and heat, over the best tortilla chips! Seriously addicting Jumex mango flavor! I would recommend this small/Asian owned business that started out as a traditional Filipino catering business in 2009, which expanded to a Filipino fusion restaurant in 2023! Happy Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month! SYOY! :-)

Filipino food in Roseville! Had a wonderful meal at Adoboink this week. We both left feeling very stuffed and satisfied. While I'm not the most familiar with Filipino food (other than knowing chicken adobo, longanisa, tocino, lumpia and Jollibee), my husband loves it, so he was excited to try some dishes. Turns out the owners (husband and wife team) are from Daly City, where there's tons of great Filipino food. When they moved here, they realized there aren't any good Filipino restaurants around the area, which is how Adoboink came to existence. I asked how owner Maylani got the idea for the restaurant name and she said she wanted to merge Adobo with pork, since a lot of people only think of chicken adobo. So not only do they have chicken and pork, but they also have several vegan/vegetarian dishes, that aren't usually found in Filipino establishments. We ordered the Lechon (pork belly rice bowl) and the Sisig fries. Both were full of flavor and had just the right amount of seasoning and flavor. I did not like the basmati rice that the Lechon came with. Found it to be too dry. However, they give you this unique apple butter sauce on the side, so it probably wouldn't be so bad if you mixed that with the rice. Husband liked the rice though. Their roasted pork belly was amazing. They use pork tenderloin in the center of their roast and then have the fatty pieces surrounding the tenderloin, so you have a perfect balance (instead of the usual pork belly that is often too fatty). The sisig fries were interesting to try. When Maylani was first taking our orders, she asked if we wanted rice, garlic rice or fries and I was confused. Fries at a Filipino place? But it was definitely fun to try. Had the jalapeno and anything spicy on the side. The table next to us ordered the Pancit Special, which is rice noodles, chicken, pork belly, garlic sweet sausage and vegetables for only $15.99. It looked AMAZING. At that point, we were already stuffed, otherwise we would have ordered that to try. Next time. Also got to try the Turon, which is a Filipino banana fritter, and the Leche Flan. Husband loved both. The leche flan was a little too rich/dense for my liking---I guess I'm more used to the Mexican (?) flan that's more light and not as creamy. Had a wonderful meal and pleasant conversation with the owners. Nice little establishment near the Walmart on Lead Hill Blvd in Roseville. Not a lot of seating inside, so plan accordingly. Saw a lot of to-go orders while we were there. Even people who were going to Erik's Delicafe next door came in to grab a menu and commented about how good it smelled inside. They seem to sell out of the popular items early (like the longanisa, tocino and Insasal chicken leg quarters) so if you want those items, probably best to go early. They open at 7am! Delicious! We'll be back again to try the items that sold out, as well as the Halo Halo!
